The Visa Women's Ski Jumping Team consists of women from across the country who train and compete in the U.S. and internationally representing the United States. The top four to six jumpers compete on the International Ski Federation's Ladies Continental Cup series, which takes place in the summer and winter. These women consistently rank as one of the top teams in the world.

VISA is the team's corporate sponsor, helping to pay for the team's national coach, travel, training, equipment and other expenses. USANA Health Sciences, Inc., based in Salt Lake City, is a sponsor and the official health supplements supplier of the team.

WSJ-USA, a nonprofit, handles all financial, administrative and media duties for the team. The U.S. Ski Team acts as the team's national governing body.

In addition to training and competing, these women help support the development of ski jumping in the U.S. by attending training camps for young girls, participating in speaking engagements and performing grassroots efforts to spread awareness about the sport and their history-making battle to become Olympians.
