COACHES EDUCATION
& youth TRAINING GUIDES

Our goal is for Fly Girls to be an avenue for collaboration and exchange of ideas and curriculum with all of the great club coaches, athletes, and parents nationwide. On this page are downloadable PDFs that detail helpful development guidelines and training programs.

Coaches Education Manual

This guide is separated into three sections and aims to provide a standard coaching philosophy for ski jumping, including tips, reminders, and resources. Start with the "Coaching Information" pdf.

Youth Training Program

Many young athletes don't have access to full-time coaches and these basic strength and plyometric training programs can easily be implemented by young jumpers, parents, and coaches to improve the overall athletic skill on the jump hill. Read the "Youth Training Program" pdf first.
