LOGAN'S STORY

Logan Sankey has been on the ski slopes since the age of 2, when her dad taught her how to ski. In 2011, Logan's family moved full time to Steamboat, CO, where Logan joined the Steamboat Springs Winter Sports Club alpine race team.

Logan  began ski jumping after trying the sport at the Hitchens Brother’s Wednesday Night Jump Series and absolutely loved it. She continued to compete in both ski jumping and alpine racing, earning four bronze medals at the ski jumping Junior Nationals in Anchorage, Alaska.

In the summer of 2014, Logan attended the inaugural Fly Girls camp. Her amazing experience there solidified her decision to pursue ski jumping at a higher level. When not training or doing schoolwork, Logan enjoys playing soccer, speaking Spanish, and reading.
