Love of Winter

Once you mastered skiing or snowboarding you already look forward to the next cold snap in order to enjoy plenty of skiing. In summer you look longingly at the slopes, dreaming as soon as possible to feel the frosty breeze in your face, the adrenaline rush of dangerous turns on the slopes. Already in the fall you begin to prepare for the upcoming season, carefully selecting equipment, clothing.

Fighting the Longing

In winter, nature itself seems to stand still, and most people hibernate like bears. And, if in summer there is energy for sports and for active pastime, in winter comes apathy. And it’s no wonder, because in winter many usual sports are inaccessible – you don’t want to ride a bike or rollerblades, you don’t want to run in this slush.

Healthy Body

In winter, most people put on excess weight. Of course, if you spend too much time at home, and even closer to the fridge, extra pounds just ask for your waist and butt. During the cold season the organism, as if by chance, craves for something fat and sweet, it is our nature, because during the cold season the body has to store maximum amount of fat deposits in order not to die.
